Third Nature Capital’s (TNC) multifamily strategy is two-pronged: (i) we are a development company that has new construction and adaptive reuse capabilities and experience and (ii) we are a value-add investor, choosing multifamily properties that have significant upside potential, and can be repositioned through a combination of renovation, proactive management and the implementation of environmentally sustainable measures.
