505 Pearl Street

505 Pearl Street is a mixed-use conversion project in the heart of downtown Buffalo, NY. The building, a former film exchange factory, is 6 stories tall with a full basement totaling approximately 48,000 gross sq ft. The above grade floors will be converted into 53 luxury apartments with street level retail. The building will feature an expansive furnished roof deck with a built-in grilling station. The lower level will offer residents a gym, lounge, individual storage units as well as bicycle parking and a dog wash station.
